Minimalism is Productive

Productivity is doing things that matter. That's it. Doing things that matter.

Thankfully, we can do most things using just our brain, and pen and paper -- in that order.

But there are occasions when these things are not enough. Then we need external agencies like apps, systems, and workflows.

So, the order of using tools should be Brain → Pen and paper → Other external agencies.

Now, all smart businesspeople know that the more the number of steps, the harder it is to make a sale. In general life, we can translate it as: the more the number of steps, the harder it is to do a thing.

If we want to do the most number of things, we better use just our brains and ditch external agencies.

Keep it minimal to stay productive.
